Elvis Costello & The Attractions
Billboard
Costello returns with a set of mostly upbeat, easily accessible pop-rock songs that could finally bring him a measure of pop singles success. This is some of Costello's most commercial mainstream music, especially on the uptempo tracks like "Let Them All Talk" and "The World And His Wife." After forays into country and other projects with more limited appeal, Costello is aiming for a broader public.
