Forgotton Elvis Golden Oldies

Post by Gillibeanz »

I was browsing around on utube and came across 'Possession' a track I had not heard for donkeys years. I played it and had forgotten how good it was. What else have you rediscovered?

Home Truth popped up on the iPod shuffle yesterday. God, I love that song.

I heard "The World Of Broken Hearts" the other day. I forgot what a good cover it is. Sonically, it could have fit very nicely on Imperial Bedroom, if Elvis wanted to include covers.

Everything about GH is classic. Possession song and video is about as good as it gets IMHO.

I have always had a great liking for Two Little Hitlers from the Armed Forces album. I think it would make a great solo live song, and EC should resurrect it soon!
