I gotta tell you guys, the spooky family has really been through the ringer of medical trouble over the past few months. I'm mostly worried about the stuff with the kids, but there comes that time as a parent when you worry about yourself not being around to help them anymore.

I went for a followup mammogram this morning and the radiologist wants to do a biopsy this afternoon. Needless to say, I am a nervous wreck.

I'm just asking for all good thoughts and prayers that you guys have got. I won't know anything for at least a couple of days.

You guys just don't know how much all these kind thoughts mean to me. Honestly.

I wish I could tell you all that I am being brave and thinking good thoughts, but I'm not. I just feel like a whiny, crying little girl with a really sore right boob. What a freaky procedure that was, and they give you nothing except localized numbing. Thank God I already had some Xanax.

I am depressed and pretty much thinking the worst. They found some calcifications which they have to investigate because they are quicker multiplying cells. I'm supposed to hear something tomorrow. It feels like forever until then. I want it to come, and then again I want to run from it. I guess everyone would think I would handle it better, and I feel like I should, but I'm just kind of low. I don't know what I would do without you all.

I should have posted by now but life has been extremely hectic. Spooky is going through a rough time. Since early December, it has just been one thing after another for her. She has given you all the details and I am just hoping for the best. The biopsy itself was bad enough for her.
