Telling teenage fortunes
apologies if someone's posted this already; 40 pages is a lot to trawl through.
I think you'd better hold your tongue — although you never were that strong.

staggerlee,
In the future, you'll notice we have two areas, the Elvis general discussion area, and The Annex, which is devoted to off-topic posts. This is definitely something that belongs in the Annex, just so you know in the future. In any case, welcome, fellow canuck!

This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

Well, I suppose, but the reference is from an EC song, so...BlueChair wrote:staggerlee,

Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking. A random funny picture of a ridiculous Japanese toy is one thing (Annex) but something that sheds light on a decades-old mysterious lyric is another (I think). Anyhow, sorry if I stepped outta line, thanks for the welcomes, and it's nice to be here.Who Shot Sam? wrote:Well, I suppose, but the reference is from an EC song, so...BlueChair wrote:staggerlee,

I think this is pretty much on-topic too. Though perhaps a ref. to the song title might have been helpful.

Yeah, I guess it's a bit obscure, innit: "telling teenage fortunes"? I'll try to negotiate my way through the unspoken rules of Forum etiquette, but in the meantime please bear with the staggering newb.bobster wrote:I think this is pretty much on-topic too.
