Oops sorry, I thought Dr J had asked the Sir Bob question, and I was wrong.
So I withdraw my question, will tell you that the answer is Ted Chippington, and I'll hand over to Dr J for the next question.

Dr J ? Please assume your rightful duty..

Hey, there's no 'I' in team, but there is 'me'...

What was the first live album to be recorded on digital equipment? (Clue: It's not MetalShop, in spite of what Google says)

DrJ, you're right, I doubt if Freddie had the luxury of digital recorders back when he was making this great album. The first unplugged album, released a good 11 years before MTV 'initiated' this concept. Profoundly influential on a whole generation of Irish musicians, it hasn't aged in the slightest. Re-issued recently, its easily available through his website, http://www.freddiewhite.com .

Billy Joel's "Songs In The Attic" apparently, recorded in 1980.

New question:
The connection between Frank Black's "Headache" and Edwyn Collins' "A Girl Like You"?

Clues later...

Kick me. I actually have that album. I didn't know that though. Very interesting.

Carry on. :)

Not producer, no...

To stop this dragging on, let me rephrase: Which musician directed the videos for Frank Black's "Headache" and Edwyn Collins' "A Girl Like You"?

Oh OK, IP can't have seen your reply, so I've stepped in, and a little while later can reveal it's John Flansburgh of They Might Be Giants. I'd never heard of a boy like him before, only his band, but I will claim it, cos IT'S BEEN SO LONG!

OK, I waited 5 seconds, and Dr J didn't contradict me, so let's go back to Bowieland (I'm kinda obsessing over him right now, cos of reissues, but mainly because of the immense fun to be had in reading To Major Tom, by David Thompson, anyone heard of that?).

Can you cite references to the seven days of the week in Bowie songtitles or lyrics? Cover versions he's recorded will be admitted. There's probably several instances of each, but I've only got one option in my head for all seven, so extra kudos to anyone who can come up with more than one citation per day.

One of my favourites - "Thursday's Child", where, as far as I recall, he mentions all 7 days of the week.
And also "Sunday" from Heathen.

Good start, IP. Thursday's Child was a key answer, but it ain't got all 7, he sings:

'Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday born I was Thursday's Child'

I was wrong above, I do have other options for two of those, Monday and Tuesday. Could only think of this for Wed and Thurs, but with a feeling I should at least be able to get another Wednesday from elsewhere. And yes, Sunday you got right.

Ooh, one I don't need to google...

1. "You can buy God, it's Monday" - Joe The Lion / "My baby got out last Monday, and me I'm on a radio show" - Hang On To Yourself (Arnold Corns version)
2. Love You til Tuesday (also recorded in German as Lieb Dich bis Dienstag). The English version includes the very last line
3. "...well I might stretch it 'til Wednesday"
4. Thursdays Child
5. Friday On My Mind
6. Drive-in Saturday
7. Sunday
