That sounds delish, exactly up my beery alley. Do you have a tap in your house or something? Or do you bring your computer to the bar? Both hold a certain appeal but sound dangerous...
I just had a hand-pulled pint of this-- probably my favorite beer-- at local watering hole Doyle's, where my son and I get burgers every Friday night. Savored it deeply, cause I'm not drinking that much these days.
Gotta love the label. Sooooooo Maine-slash-coastal New Hampshire.
Yep. Good stuff. My neighbor has a wine wholesaling business and sells to a lot of the nicer restaurants in Manhattan. He brings so much stuff home that he and his wife can't keep up, so every so often he leaves a few bottles on the porch for us. This was one such bottle.
My wife, just now, gave me crap for not putting my tooth in. I think it makes me a rugged hockey player from the 70's - kind of like Stan Jonathan - You can see him doing some dental work in this 36 second clip -
Awesome clip.
Everything was better in the 70's.
It seems a little unfair that Stan still has a helmet on and the other chappy doesnt tho.
echos myron like a siren
with endurance like the liberty bell
and he tells you of the dreamers
but he's cracked up like the road
and he'd like to lift us up, but we're a very heavy load
I'm not vaguely a fan of their coffee, but they sure do have their loyalists. My sister used to say the thing about DD was that everything--soup, bagels, coffee-- tasted like a donut. Not true anymore but I think it applies to the coffee.
What a ghastly thought! We do have their shops here I think. And there's a Krispy Kreme one, if that's what their name is, at Stansted, which is outrageous, but which tempts you, as we did, to fly to your destination with a vast box of admittedly enjoyable sugar-junk, keep your kids quiet on the plane, ands still have enough left to offer as a gift on arrival to your friends/family/hosts.
There's more to life than books, you know, but not much more
I'm not a huge fan on the DD donuts - just the coffee. I haven't had a Krispy Kreme - though I see them all over the place; even at Craven Cottage. I did see a Dunkin Donuts last year in Beirut!
Everyone just needs to fuckin’ relax. Smoke more weed, the world is ending.
