Mine is from The Hoover Factory. I don't know why but I always liked that song and Taking Liberties in general. Someone posted a website on the actual building a while back. It is an Art Deco building that is now used as a Tesco.
My understanding is that the building has been modified since it was built and that the phrase "must have been a wonder when it was brand new" is a reference to that.
