Is that a pre-tat Robbie Williams to Quentin's right? If not he certainly deserves Lookie-likey status.

But my lipstick is more fetching than hers!
Not sure which of the two comparisons is the more thrilling! Nana has always occupied a special place in my heart.

It was only the earring that made me realise which was which. I think. Jack doesn't wear an earring does he?

Well thanks Gilli and Verb. I hate myself and I want to die. That's the last time I post myself. You really know how to make it hurt, don't you? Quentin and Nana, no problem, but this? Thanks a lot.

Don't feel bad, Otis. I once had a boyfriend tell me I looked like a cross between Drew Barrymore and Jack Osborne. A BOYFRIEND. He also said one of my friends looked like a cross between Paris Hilton and Kathy Bates. He was a jerk.

He obviously enjoyed ludicrous 'cross' suggestions.
Thank you, 'Boo. You've brightened my day!

I once told someone they were like a cross between Steve Martin and Charlton Heston! Needless to say, they weren't impressed.

I don't think that would be unappealing, unless you were referring to your friend's personality...

It wasn't even someone I knew but someone who had just given a talk, and that's what he reminded me of. It came off as quite a performance, in the way it veered from hilarity to seriousness and back, so I had no problem making the comment. But in retrospect, what a thing to spring on someone! He was too tactful to react much and changed the subject quickly from there.
