Just one or two gigs in August for EC and the Imposters.
Then (EC tours) in October.
We (= Steve Nieve, Ajuq and Muriel) tour in the USA in september.

maybe if it read "We???? tour in September!" or "we.... tour is in September" yet, i understood Mumu clearly.
however,
if 'word salad' is meant as an insult, you really should shelve the nastiness sometimes arbofriend! i respect anyone born NOT speaking English trying to navigate their way around the ins and outs of it all.

Elvis on fb today about Jim Bessman:
"The Imposters and I so valued Jim’s friendship and generous support. We will miss seeing him at our next show in his neighbourhood. When we finally return to his hometown of Madison, later this year, you can be sure Jim will be in our thoughts."
Looks like Madison is on the map now.....

They sure are rolling out the live-show announcements slowly, eh? Does anyone have any info on further upcoming dates? (I, of course, am particularly interested in NYC...)

Port Chester - I wonder if anyone I know might be going
As I’m banned from your country for the time being ( I feel like Lennon with no green card) I hope my dear friends get to as many shows as they can manage !

They do fall very nicely in between my two Phil Lesh and Friends shows at the very same venue. As much as I have seen and have much loved a few EC shows at the other two neighboring shows, I will likely pass on both Red Bank and C.W. Post. I shall be well pleased to get the double header at the Cap.

I'll be in for Red Bank for sure.

Party in Oaktown. Be there or be square. Pre-show party will definitely be going down.
Re: Looks like an ELVIS & IMPOSTERS TOUR for 2021
Once again...."New York City" shows that aren't in New York City. WTF?

I'm glad...that Beacon Theatre has really become corporate venue dreck! I'll take these other three trips happily if I'm in the mood for several shows.Arbogast wrote:Once again...."New York City" shows that aren't in New York City. WTF?

Re: Looks like an ELVIS & IMPOSTERS TOUR for 2021
Treated myself to a front row center seat for Red Bank.
Since my wife can't make it and I'm only buying one ticket, I justified the price to myself (not that seeing EC from the front row for less than $200 needs much justification).

I assume there will be good coverage from those two shows here!!!sulky lad wrote:Port Chester - I wonder if anyone I know might be going

Re: Looks like an ELVIS & IMPOSTERS TOUR for 2021
I hear you, as regards the Beacon. But it's simply not plausible that in New York, the premier American city with more performance spaces than any other, the only choices EC (and we) have are the Beacon and....Port Chester? Red Bank, NJ? Really???bronxapostle wrote:I'm glad...that Beacon Theatre has really become corporate venue dreck! EC fans in Boston, Chicago, Philly, Kansas CIty, LA and the rest all get to see him at venues that are actually in their cities. NY fans are the only ones who get subjected to this BS.

And I am thinking there must have been some sort of falling out with EC or his peeps and Dolan. When was his last show there? 2016???
