I've been listening to it for at least five years. I developed my opinion that it was one of my favourite albums a long time ago. It is my favourite out of all of the Nick Lowe produced albums. And it was my favourite before I read anything about it.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

That isnt what I went, Blue. I was saying that Elvis calling the album "60s soul" doesn't make it such.

WHAR It is indeed cool! Now that you have a girlfriend, you'll be able to gauge true love by seeing if she accepts the "strain factor".....

After listening to the Get Happy bonus disc for about a month (more than once a day!), i tried to listen to the original album again.

what a drag!

Otherwise excellent songs like 'Men Called Uncle', 'King Horse', and mainly 'Clowntime Is Over', 'Black And White World' and '5ive Gears In Reverse' sounds like pop filth here.

..... i can not believe that i am alone at this one ....

The first three tracks right in a row, very cool. Usually albums that can do that fall off right away, but "Secondary Modern", "King Horse", and "Possession" prove that GH!! is an exception.

Eh, Cope, I can see you not liking The Juliet Letters... but does it really "blow"?

It takes a lot to write and record an album of such brilliance, can't you atleast respect it?
