I'd sure love to own that poster. That's the earliest American concert poster of EC that I've seen. Talk about his name being an enigma. That show is 5 days BEFORE the "Saturday Night Live" debut!!

I just noticed that this poster was commissioned in 2003. So, as cool as it is, it never existed until now. It's done in the style of posters by Kozik, Ward Sutton, Alan Forbes, etc. I'm not sure who the artist is. Very nice work, regardless.
