Elvis has great taste usually, so he should know that the only thing that goes with a faded denim jacket are faded denim jeans, and dark blue denim jackets should only be worn with dark blue denim jeans. You do not wear suit trousers with a denim jacket! And denim jackets must always be tight, not baggy - and the same goes for the jeans. Doh!

Sorry, suddenly became Trinny and Susannah for a mo there.

We had one of those in Manchester the other month. Small, glasses, backpack, faded Buzzcocks tee, all round Billy no mates (I'm sure he had a lovely partner back home). Said he'd been travelling for 9 hours. God know where he'd come from.

Are they really suit kecks, Danny? I thought they were sweat pants, or, as they're know around here: trackie bottoms. Oh how common! And, yes, denim jackets must always be fitted.

9 hrs????? He must have either come from John o' groats or the Lizard...either that or he walked all the way from Derby on his todd.

NO, NO! I'll agree that faded denim jackets can go okay with faded denim jeans, but no way on the dark blue matching ensemble. Makes you look like Farmer John who just climbed down from the tractor long enough for lunch with the Mrs. before plowing the back 40.

And in the spirit of Christmas, I don't think he looks so bad in denim.

And I think he's sexy. Clothes, or lack thereof, do not make the man.
It's a radiation vibe I'm groovin' on

I agree, Goody. He is sexy.

Not necessarily so much in this particular picture, but we all have days where we don't look so hot - don't we?

I agree that he is very sexy.

And that photo isnt that bad. Why does he always have to be wearing a spiffy suit? Casual can be a good thing.

He looks like a complete dick in that pic.

And I'm sure I'd say the same of any 50 year old that dressed like that.

He's very sexy when he's being Elvis Costello...this pic must be Delvis. But I do have a jacket just like that. and a receding hairline. can you picture him in shorts?
