If you read further down in the article it "clearly" states:

‘She’, ‘Alison’, ‘Everyday I Write The Book’ 등

so I guess he has to play these songs.....

According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sejong_Center):

"Sejong Center for the Performing Arts (or Sejong Center) is the largest arts and cultural complex in Seoul, South Korea. It currently is home to the biggest pipe organ in Asia."

Pity this is not a Costello/Nieve gig. I have fond memories of Steve playing the organ in the Royal Albert Hall during the concert there on the "Lonely World" tour - at least I think it was. Can anyone confirm this, or suggest a different date when Steve was let loose on the organ?

I think it was during the 3 night stand there in July 1994.

Credia promoters announced Elvis Costello will make his first appearance in the native land to entertain fans with a live concert.

The singer will be singing his list of famous songs such as “She,” “Alison,” and “Ever day I Write This Book.” The mogul will be doing acoustic performances as well as other surprises not revealed until the concert. The event will take place at the Sejong Center of Performing Arts on Feb. 27th at 7pm.

Inducted in the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame in 2003, Korean fans should be ecstatic that a singer is finally making an appearance on the homeland.

Yes, definitely. Used on your eponymous song, if memory serves. It was great! Maybe Elvis will treat Seoul to him doing a number on the pipe organ, She, for example!

Maybe we could suggest a suitable setlist for this historic occasion? I'll start the ball rolling...

Radio Seoul
Incheon by Incheon
Samsung Factory
Blame It On Kim
(I Don't Want To Go To) Chungcheongnam-do

We're assuming of course that Elvis won't cancel due to his political beliefs and opposition to South Korea's blatant provocation of North Korean artillery commanders.

Dictator
North and South
ROK the Casbah
I'm so bored with the DMZ
and that old singalong:
The Guns of YongPyeong (though strictly speaking this as the island on the receiving end, alas I don't know from whence the shelling originated)

February 25th Seoul

A nice flight, the pods were comfortable, and I had a celebrity beside me. Elvis Costello.
