6,000 posts club

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

Too close to 5000, the next threadworthy milestone is actually 10000. In between is desolation row.

Smart ass. but thanks.

Just to be clear, my 'show off' remark was directed at Mr. 6k. Sometimes, most times, I don't think.

My apologies for premature thread creation. A gauntlet has been thrown down.

Aah, but have you ever declared your love for your wife by prancing about and being a jerk on an interviewer's sofa?

Blimey! Hadn't realised I've left that club and moved on to 7,000. Where do I find the time?

http://www.elviscostellofans.com/phpBB2 ... &sk=d&sd=d

WSS and JF slug it out for second and Blue and Mood for 4th.

My new year's resolution will be to hit 8,000 by next Christmas, given that the last 1,000 were in under a year.

Long live the board!

How the mighty have fallen - I'm not even in this club yet!
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

Otis, you are at an impressive 7,290 posts as of today. I have slacked off much since going more admin on the site as opposed to a regular poster. These days I more worry about power outages, new account approvals, and phpbb updates other than just posting. . .makes me long for the days when I was just a nobody poster. But someone had to keep things going. . .

We're all very grateful for the time and effort invested. I seem to be posting less these days, due to the increasing insanity of existence as much as anything, but no-one seems to be able to touch me!!!! 8,000 still seems a long slog, and I really need that extra digit for it to feel like a proper achievement!

Agree about Crow. It doesn't seem possible! Has he hacked in and faked his position?
