Nicely keeping up the Northern Irish 'gotta' theme! I love that song, it was my ultimate teen angst anthem, for playing at very loud volume at chosen moments, or just to get an adrenalin surge before going out. Good clip.

Pick up the Undertones documentary dvd if you see it Otis. It can be had fairly cheap and is worth it just for the accents. The Undertones didn't care much for SLF - what with the journalist writing the lyrics on the first couple of albums - as for me - I think there's room for both.

Like the sound of that doc. Will look out for it. Feargal could be very scathing about other bands. I remember him on the David 'Kid' Jensen record review slating Echo & The Bunnymen and being aggrieved. I too think there's room for both, but I feel the Undies are a bit overlooked these days, apart from John Peel's fave song. There were so many others, like I Gotta Getta! that first LP is a cracker. I couldn't get over how brilliant Get Over You was. I have Jimmy Jimmy (lovely song!)in fetching bright green vinyl.
