Awesome Smithereens Box Set

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

Memo to Elvis: This is how you repackage you're old material.

Oh yeah! 21 freakin' discs! And a concert for the winner.

It's hard to argue that this is a great way to repackage your old material, but I think Elvis makes more money doing it his way.

I used to like them, still have 2 warped cassettes, but for $99?! After buying box sets that were $60 for 4 discs? I can't beleive I'm considering this!

I'll have to read the page again, but Mr. DiNizio left out the part about "includes many frightening pictures of ME!"

I love the Smithereens. I actually contemplated getting DiNizio to do one of his 'living room' concerts with a bunch of my friends. Still, this is a little overkill for me.
