"It's dreamy weather we're on
You waved your crooked wand
Along an icy pond with a frozen moon
A murder of silhouette crows I saw
And the tears on my face
And the skates on the pond
They spell ___ ."

They spell what?

George Harrison
He was, in fact, the first Beatle to have a #1 single as a solo artist ("My Sweet Lord" from "All Things Must Pass").

If you needed to google it don't you think you could've let someone else who wasn't in the lead answer it?

But yes, you are of course correct.

Crosby and Mitchell were involved at one point, but Blue was apparently an open letter to a depressed James Taylor.

Good job, gilli.. unfortunately that question didn't count, because wehitandrun never answered a question correctly.

The current question, by martinfoyle is:

"What did Lawrence Donegan sell in the US?"

Okay... question...

After Tommy, Pete Townshend went straight to work on another rock opera, one that he quickly abandoned, releasing fragments of it throughout the rest of The Who's recorded career. He finally got around to completing nearly thirty years later. What is the name of this rock opera?
