Don't know about Krispy Kreme, but my favourite Tim Horton doughnut has to be their Boston Creams, expecially if they're still warm. Perfection.
What's your favourite Hostess patoto chip?

krispy kreme glazed, PRE the great resizing debaucle which occurred sometime in the 80's.

before the resize - KK was the bestest. perfect ratio of glaze to donut. but, to keep the price the same, they resized the donuts. made them SMALLER.

not as good. really. just a little too sweet.

sorority chicks used to walk around the wren courtyard area of William and Mary and sell KK glazed by the donut, outta the box. usually of an evening, when you'd have a need for sugar to start to coat the alcohol.

AND they used to be in the boxes on END. rather than flat. flat is so precious. donuts aren't that precious. glazed donuts should not be boxed FLAT.

i am so damned opinionated about KK. and we've only got one up here. ONE.

what was the question again?

''I haven't the slightest idea'' said the Hatter.

:D

There is no real answer to the Mad Hatter's riddle..though in a later edition of the book, it was prefaced that the answer might be:

''Because it can produce a few notes, tho they are very flat; and it is never put with the wrong end in front!''

Beautiful picture Laughing Crow! I thought it was because 'Poe wrote on both of them' but the time frame is tight. The Mad Hatter is rumored to have a predilection for Edgar.

Through a mutual "friend" that we both hated. In fact, I didn't want to meet this weird guy that was coming to visit my "friend" because I thought anyone who was friends with this guy must be creepy. Who knew? :)

Masturbation, because for me it's more of a spiritual thing...

Worst day of my life was when my son then aged 9 got knocked down by a car. He was in a coma for 2 days and they feared there would be permanent brain damage as his brain swelled so much. The hour journey by ambulance to a London hospital for a brain scan was the longest of my life and I had a hard time holding onto the contents of my stomach through fear. Thankfully he made a full recovery and is now studying for a law degree at university.

Best day of my life was the 3 days each of my children were born. I am proud to say they were all natural births with no pain relief!
