How about:
Sour Milk Cow Blues
The Great Unknown
The Deportees Club

Or:
I Dreamed Of My Old Lover
How Deep Is The Red
She Was No Good
I've always loved Sour Milk Cow Blues and I don't mind I Dreamed Of My Old Lover ............

how about:
The Name Of This Thing Is Not Love
Heart Shaped Bruise
Needle Time ?

In my version of Delivery Man "She's Pulling Out The Pin" comes between Heart Shaped Bruise and Needle Time and that would contribute to a bad run too in my opinion. I very much enjoy Heart Shaped Bruise and The Name of this Thing is Not Love though. I suspect the 3 worse run is more divisive than the best!

PS I don't mind Sour Milk Cow Blues either but it's hardly a classic. Shows how hard it is to pick 3 bad in a row.
Can't you see I'm trying to change this water to wine

For me it has to be

Uncomplicated
I Hope You’re Happy Now
Tokyo Storm Warning

but I guess that’s also just a reflection of the point at which I really began to get EC.

Well it's more or less where I really came in, that and KOA were a bit of 1-2 punch, but maybe that's just me :D

I love this post. I actually asked this very question on this board in 2004. My 3 are still the same.

King Horse
Possession
Men Called Uncle

Get Happy!!
Uncomplicated wrote:One of my greatest pleasures in life is playing Elvis Costello records for people who have never heard him, or much of him. Back in the days of vinyl we would just set the needle down and let it play. So here, for this lets say that your CD player programmer is broken and you have a chance to play three consecutive Elvis songs from any album. (best of's don't count). For instance....accidents will happen, senior service, olivers army from Armed Forces, or boy with a problem, pidgin english, you little fool from IB.....you get the idea. Three in a row you would want someone to hear or just your favourite 3.

This is mine.

King Horse, Possession, Men Called Uncle from Get Happy!!

Kind of silly I know....I'm not much of a thread starter, but I'm bored! :D

Wow - I can’t be bothered to look but I wonder if I submitted a reply...

... but in any event the number of permutations has changed considerably since 2004. It’s impressive that yours are still the same!
