The 2nd review was a bit more than "stuffy". The reviewer thinks he knows more than he does; after all, an ancient Chinese accounting device is an abacus, not an "incubus"! Maybe he meant succubus!

These are two of Elvis' strongest albums in my humble opinion but KOA is the best album he ever made, bar none, so it gets my vote. Any other fans out there share my preference for KOA?

Agreed. Trust is a real album. Cruel Smile is a collection of sometimes interesting but unrelated tracks. CS could be an EP - Smile, Cruel #1 and maybe a couple of the live tracks.

I can't even count how many times I've seen Brilliant Mistake refered to as "King of America" by critics, though. All true Elvis fans know that KOA is an album, not a song title, dammit!!!

There are no pressed copies of NORTH that do NOT contain the DVD. All copies will contain the DVD until the first pressing of 100,000 sells out. (Anyone care to guess when that will be?) This per Amazon and a sales rep/fan at the local Media Play.

Wow! Finally a review of an Elvis album written by someone who not only seems to have a good knowledge of what Elvis does but who also actually took the time to listen to and absorb the album before writing a critique. I doubt we will see this caliber of review in Rolling Stone!
