The quality and performance on the December shows was a much welcome bolt out of the blue. I really didn't expect them to show up let alone be this good. Hats off to everyone involved.

I got fleeced on this. I had to work yesterday so I went the Ebay route. I got it for $34 out the door. At least I didn't jump on the one copy I saw for $40. I better love this. I hate being a completest

Wow, has it been that long already ? I remember buying a MAIT on the first day of it's release in the states because I was intrigued by the cover. That plus the positive buzz I had heard about him and the album from the Brit music press.

This is an album that I want to like more but I don't. Spike is cluttered, busy, fussy. Take your pick. I think it's very smart and clever,however it's not an album I reach for when I want to hear some Elvis.

I'll weigh in with my 2 bits. I agree with the last couple of comments. They are really close in sound quality and I don't think you could go wrong with either one. But, If I had to choose one, I'd go with the second source.
